Description:
Machine mainly used for Bale opening and fiber opening and pillow/cushion/pad/ sofa blowing.
Material can be recycle and virgin polyester fiber shorter than 100mm.
Whole line can be handled by 2 operators with easy operation.
Fiber wrapping against device of rollers and running deviation against device of
conveyor belt make machine easy for maintenance and clearance.
V wire rollers do not damage fiber and ensure the opened fiber elastic, soft and
durable, also 4times usage life than normal rollers.
All rollers with well dynamic balance processing, so machine running without
noise and shaking.
